Hello -- every time we upgrade to a new version, our custom terminology lists for industry_dom, sales_stage_dom, and others are muddled by unwanted records for industries and sales stages that we have already deleted many times.  I thought that the terminology was insert only -- if the record existed, it wouldn't insert again.  We have not removed the list values we don't want -- we've just marked them deleted.  However, I have just found mutliple copies of the same list values -- both deleted and undeleted ones.  How can we avoid this in future?

The InsertOnly is functioning properly, but it seems like it would make sense to include DELETED items in the Exists test so that a record deleted by your users will not get re-inserted.  We will make this change in our next build.   You can contact our support staff directly if you want the update spTERMINOLOGY_InsertOnly.
